Features and improvements shipping to TOMO
This is the build going to Apple for review. A full pass over the code, the backend, the store listing and the website turned up a handful of things a reviewer or a new user would trip on. They are fixed here. Nothing new to learn; a few things that finally work the way they should.
Picking "Comp Training" as the session type and saving has failed for every tester since the beginning, with a vague error. The database was still holding an older list of session types. It accepts Comp Training now. If you have an unsaved comp session sitting on your phone, it will sync on its own.
If your profile could not load, the tab used to show a grey placeholder with no way out, which also hid Sign Out and Delete Account. It now says what happened and offers Try again, Sign Out, and Delete Account.
When TOMO asks for your camera or photos to set a profile picture, the prompt now explains that is the only reason. Before, it was a generic system line.
Earlier builds told iOS the app might play audio in the background. It never does, so that claim is gone. Recording still stops cleanly if you leave the app, and your take is kept.
The policy inside the app now matches the one on the website, including a new section on what we would tell you and when if your data were ever compromised.
Why this matters: The next people to open TOMO will be Apple's reviewers, and then strangers who found it in the App Store. A tester forgives a placeholder that never loads. A stranger deletes the app. This build is the one where that stops being a risk.
