Questions
What happens at seat 100?
The founder rate closes to new people. Everyone after that gets the same three months free, then $5.99 a month or $49.99 a year. The 99 who got in keep their rate.
Is the price really kept?
Yes. It is kept for as long as you stay subscribed and TOMO sells this plan: we will not raise it on you. Closing the rate to new people after seat 99 does not change it for the people already on it. If TOMO ever stopped offering the plan altogether, Apple would end it at your next renewal and you would choose whether to stay at the public price.
Do founders get new features?
Yes, as we release them. A few features cost us money every time they run. Where a new one does, we may limit it on the founder plan or leave it out. The founder rate itself does not change.
What if I cancel and come back?
The rate belongs to your subscription. If you come back while founder seats are still open, you can pick it up again and it does not take a second seat. Once the seats are full, we cannot promise it to someone who comes back.
How do the free months work?
The first three months cost nothing. After that Apple bills $0.99 a month unless you cancel in your App Store settings before the free months end. Apple gives each Apple ID one free trial for TOMO. If you are in TOMO's free months on another plan, you can switch to the founder rate from your iPhone (Settings, your name, Subscriptions, TOMO) while seats are open. Apple moves you to a cheaper plan at your next renewal, so the free months you have left run first, then $0.99 a month.
What about Android?
TOMO is iPhone only for now (iOS 16 or later), and the founder rate is an App Store subscription.
I train at Alliance Paoli. Does this change my free year?
No. The Alliance Paoli year is separate. It does not use a founder seat, and you do not need to do anything.
