A person answers.
TOMO is built by one practitioner and a small crew of testers, so support is direct. Email, or shake your phone inside the app to send a report with a screenshot attached.
Replies within two business days. Include your iPhone model and iOS version if the problem is a crash or a recording that would not save.
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Your profile, sessions, recordings, insights and saved videos are removed. If you cannot get into the app, email from the address on the account and the deletion is done by hand.
My voice note came back wrong.
Every field on the review screen is editable before you save, and any saved session can be edited later from the Journal. If the transcription keeps missing a specific term, send it in. The jiu-jitsu vocabulary TOMO listens for grows from those reports.
A recording did not upload.
TOMO saves the session locally first and retries the upload when you are back on a connection. If a session is still marked as pending after a day, email with the date of the session and it gets checked by hand.
Where is my weekly debrief?
The debrief is written once you have logged sessions in a week and appears in the Insights tab. One session is enough to start; the debrief gets sharper the more of the week it can see.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password and enter your email. A link arrives within a minute and opens a page on this site where you set a new one. Links work once and expire after an hour.
Does TOMO work on Android?
Not yet. TOMO runs on iPhone with iOS 16 or later.
Who can see my training data?
Only you. Nobody at your gym has access, including your instructor. The full policy, in plain language, is at traintomo.com/privacy.
