TOMO Knows Your Training Days

Tell TOMO which days you train and it checks in after class, so the session gets logged while it is still fresh. While you record, it asks about your rounds. And your weekly debrief now waits until it has something worth saying.

UX

Your training week, and one reminder on the days you train

Open Training Week from your Profile and tap the days you train. The same screen shows how often you have actually trained on each day, and on a training day with nothing in the journal TOMO sends one reminder at the time you pick, or at 8 the next morning if you train late.

  • Pause it for a week or two when life gets in the way. A one-week pause ends on its own; after a two-week pause, the check-in picks back up once you have opened TOMO again.
  • Ignore the reminder two weeks running on the same weekday, and the next time you open TOMO it quiets that day and tells you on your Profile.
  • Under your week, seven bars show how many of the last eight weeks you trained on each day, and one line names any steady day missing from the days you set.
Intelligence

TOMO asks about your rounds

While you record, the line under the timer now asks the questions a tired recording skips: did you roll, how many rounds, what did you tap anyone with, what caught you. If you never say, the review asks once more and leaves the rounds, what landed and what caught you open for you to fill in.

Intelligence

A debrief that waits until it has something to say

Your weekly debrief now writes when there is enough in it: two sessions since the last one, or one session with something notable in it, like an injury or a submission that keeps catching you. On a thin week you get two lines: what you logged, and that there is nothing to read into yet.

Why this matters: The sessions that get lost are the ones you meant to log tomorrow. A reminder on the days you train, at the time you choose, is the difference between a journal with holes in it and one your debrief can read.
